We are so excited to share that our plan is to gather for our August scheduled luncheon on the 20th at "The Read House" located at 107 West MLK Boulevard. Barry White, and the team with "Chattanooga Tourism Company", will be the guest speaker. Registration will begin at 1130a, with luncheon following no later than noon.
Please be aware of the following adjustments from our normal process for the monthly gathering:
There will be absolutely no walk-ups granted entrance to the luncheon. Anyone wanting to attend MUST RSVP by noon on August 14th. Please know that this will be strictly enforced due to the event hosts must have exact counts to ensure a successful experience for the membership and our goal to ensure that every precaution is being taken to provide a safe environment and follow the current guidelines for social distancing.
The luncheon will be served "plated" and the function space will be setup in a "classroom" style with only 2 individuals at each table.
Face mask will be mandatory for all attendees.
Hand sanitizer and face masks will be available.
Due to the above modifications, the goal is to ensure that everyone has several opportunities to consider attending prior to the meeting, this notification will be sent several times during the next few weeks.
